As someone with my own unique story, I understand how important it is to share your story in a way that showcases your values. Vantage Living approached me to create virtual tour videos to showcase their communities, services and values.

As COVID-19 has changed the way many of us live, our seniors have become the most vulnerable group in this current climate. This resulted in visits to senior care communities becoming restricted, often to one family member or loved one.

When I met with Vantage Living, it was clear that there were many different community members that would visit the community other than the residents that reside within the community and their loved ones. Volunteers, students, physicians and community members seeking additional information of long-term care and assisted living all would often visit these communities.

We wanted to create an experience that mimicked the tour one would receive on their first visit. This included gaining general knowledge of Vantage Living, their services, values and what each community had to offer.

We identified that creating a virtual tour video with an audio narrator describing what the viewer is seeing, would be the best way to capture this experience. We focused on areas such as the Art Gallery, Bistro and Spa which really sets Vantage Living apart from other senior care providers.

During the edit of these virtual tour videos, I wanted to ensure the welcoming, accepting and caring tone was felt by the viewer, which was easily achievable given the environment Vantage Living offers.

I was really pleased to be welcomed into Vantage Living’s communities, and I look forward to showcasing the values and story of other local companies!

Do you have a community or facility you would like to showcase? Let’s chat!
